Our office is now offering amazing 3D pictures of your unborn child. We are excited about this new technology, and hope you will take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity. This service is for The Women's Wellness Place patients only. The scans are ideally done between 28-32 weeks in order to provide the best opportunity to get a good picture. A sonogram is not usually scheduled at this time, and currently insurance companies are not paying for 3D sonograms. In order to compensate our sonographer for her time, as well as provide you with a CD or photo of the 3D images, we will be charging for this service. The fees are as follows: Sitting Fee: $353D pictures: $75
CD and pictures: $125
By scheduling a 3D sonogram, you agree to pay the $35 basic fee. At the time of the scan, you may decide if you'd like to purchase a portrait or CD. There is no guarantee that the baby will cooperate and provide the perfect picture. However, we will do our best to help you get an idea of what your unborn child looks like in 3D. This is not a diagnostic test. It is for entertainment only. This is a completely voluntary service, and is certainly not required in order to have a healthy happy pregnancy. Talk to your physician if you are interested. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit cards. This service is available to current patients only.
