"Fresh" out from the Harvard Health Watch--Farmed salmon and white tuna are your best bets forthe Omega-3 "healthy" fats. Atlantic mackerel, herring and sardines are the next best Omega-3 providers. Omega-3 can protect you from heart disease and arrhythmias and also are necessary for healthy brain development of the fetus. If you don't eat it, take a supplement.
